Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ToTheGarage.com (“Website”), operated by Amying High LLC.

2. Return Eligibility (General)

Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions and brand exclusions below.

Conditions for Return

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Include proof of purchase


3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@tothegarage.com or call 434-207-2089 within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if applicable

  • A prepaid return label (only when applicable)

Step 3: Prepare & Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free items

  • Attach the provided return shipping label

  • Ship within 5–7 days of receiving return authorization

  • Use a trackable shipping method (UPS or similar)


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


5. Specific Return Scenarios

5.1 Change of Mind

  • Items must meet return eligibility requirements

  • Return must be requested within 30 days

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returns. Any applicable restocking fee will be clearly disclosed and approved before the return is processed.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping

5.3 Incorrect Item Received

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt

  • We will cover return shipping and send the correct item

5.4 Item Never Arrived

  • Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated timeframe

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement

5.5 Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Full refund available

  • After shipment: Treated as a return once delivered

Orders refused at delivery will be processed as returns.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary items (unless unopened and unused)

  • Gift cards and downloadable software


7. Refunds

Refund Approval

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
You will be notified via email once approved or denied.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error)

  • Items are returned after the 30-day window


8. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • To request an exchange, contact support@tothegarage.com

  • Shipping is covered for defective or incorrect items

  • Exchanges due to change of mind require customer-paid shipping


9. Brand-Specific Policies

23Zero, RacksBrax, Rotopax, Maxtrax, Rinsekit

All Sales Final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours

  • Approved issues may qualify for a replacement only

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Normal wear and tear


C6 Outdoors

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be new, unused, and resalable with original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Restocking fees up to 30% may apply

  • Returns after 30 days are at C6 Outdoors’ discretion

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

 

Rhino Shelter

Returns are generally not accepted.  A restocking fee will apply if accepted.

 


10. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
